Works best I think when you use it in the opposite direction (upside down) from the name on the bill. It seems to make it harder to read that way if at all.
I purchased this product after my shredder went on the blink. I was actually browsing Amazon to purchase another shredder, that I could afford at the time, but ran across this little gadget in my research.
If you want something to completely obliterate your address from post or address labels, than this is for you.
A quick roll (or two), and the address is covered completely. I used to shred all post, now I have no need.
Love the simplicity and rolling design. Very easy to use and super effective. I have not had to shred documents in weeks! One of my all-time favorite purchases.
I recently purchased this after having several of the stamp or press and block out style ID protect stamps. I came across this one as I needed it for addresses on labels, mailing, and even pill bottles, so I figured why not try it out.
